Aims and Objectives
WHAT WE DO
(a) To advance the education of children and adolescents (aged 5-18 years) who are orphaned, destitute, disadvantaged, under-privileged, homeless or in other ways deprived, regardless of their race, creed, culture, gender or geographical location by providing residential and non-residential academic plus vocational education based on a set curriculum including education relating to climate and environmental sustainability, the ecosystem, forest conservation, organic crop cultivation, and health.
(b) The relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster in the form of money (or other means deemed suitable) for persons, bodies, organisations and/or countries affected.
Currently Lotus Children's Home operates properly by the supports of well-wishers home and abroad to deliver the above mentioned aims. In the long term we hope to extend the benefits of this holistic education on a wider places in countries. We believe that knowledge relieves our suffering, and brings us light, hope, contentment and peace. Let us work together to offer knowledge to 'Lotus' Children.
